We know Hong Kong summer usually involves hot weather or rain. This is why we are offering you the possibility of using our facilities to train with your friends or with your trainer.

Get access to air conditioning while you train to make sure you are in the best conditions to surpass yourself.

$100 per hour and per person.
You can reserve during self training hours on our schedule.
